This page describes the text messaging program operated by MoneyHound on behalf of the businesses that use it.

Invoice and payment follow-up sent on behalf of businesses. Messages relate to an existing account with the business named in the message: an open invoice, an amount owed, a payment link, a payment arrangement, or a reply to something you sent us. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Every message identifies the business it is sent for. MoneyHound is the technology provider that sends it on that business's behalf.
Message frequency varies. It depends on your account status with the business, and on what you tell us. Replying reduces or stops messages sooner. Paying closes the sequence.
Message and data rates may apply. MoneyHound does not charge you, the recipient, anything for these messages. Your mobile carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and then nothing further from this program.
STOP is honored immediately and permanently, and it applies across the program, not just to the current invoice.

Major United States carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
